Family Member Eligibility Documentation

In order to confirm your eligibility for WRP services, we ask that you submit a document that proves your family members employment as a First Responder or in the US Military. In addition, please have a letter of reference from someone that can affirm your need for services from Warrior Revival Project. Additional information or documentation may be needed to confirm eligibility.
